These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ammonschiropractic.com (the “Website”), our online forms, and the text messaging program operated by Ammons Chiropractic Clinic (“Ammons Chiropractic Clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our text messaging program.

No Medical Advice

Appointment Requests and Online Booking

Submitting an appointment request through the Website does not guarantee an appointment; our team will contact you to confirm your visit. New patients may be directed to our online booking and patient portal, which is provided by ChiroTouch, a third-party practice management provider. Your use of that portal is also subject to ChiroTouch’s own terms and privacy policy. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our office at (919) 774-6111.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Ammons Chiropractic Clinic Text Messaging

Program description: When you opt in—by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Website, or by giving our office your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts—you agree to receive recurring text messages from Ammons Chiropractic Clinic at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling updates, responses to your inquiries, new patient information, and office notices (such as holiday hours or closures).

Consent is optional: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with our office.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for text messages.
How to opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
